1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or requesting access to The AI YouTuber Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. These Terms are entered into between you and Ascentir Management Consultancies (DBA Faceless Launchpad).

2. Services

We offer free educational training on building a faceless YouTube channel with AI tools, together with optional onboarding support from our team. Access to specific lessons, templates and bonuses is described on the page where you request access at the time you sign up.

3. How the training stays free & affiliate disclosure

The course is provided at no cost to you. We earn a commission when you activate the AI tools we recommend, which is how this training stays free. You are never required to purchase anything to receive the training.

4. User conduct & content licence

All course materials, recordings, templates and bonuses are licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share access with others. We reserve the right to revoke access for violations.

5. Disclaimers — no income guarantees

The testimonials and results shown on this site are real but are not typical. Individual results depend on effort, experience, market conditions and many factors outside our control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in the UAE.

8. SMS / text-message program terms

Program description: Faceless Launchpad (Ascentir Management Consultancies) sends text messages to people who tick the text message box on our form. A coach may text you to help you unlock and get started with your free course access, and we may send offers about our own programmes. Texts are optional and are not needed to get access.

Message frequency: Message frequency may vary.

Opt-out instructions: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to stop receiving texts. To join again, tick the text message box the next time you use our form.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.

Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and other US and international wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed, undelivered or misdirected messages.

9. Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to request access to the course, opt in to receive SMS messages, or purchase any of our programs. By using this site you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older. If you are under 18, do not submit any personal information through this site.
